Istrian pasta with truffles

Ingredients:

 

Makes 4 servings.

- 500 g Istrian fuži

- 120 g butter

- 80 g of fresh truffles

- 200 ml cream

- Grated Parmesan cheese

 

Preparation:

 

Istrian pasta cook in salted water and drain. In a saucepan melt butter, add cream and leave to boil for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the stove and add thinly sliced truffle and strained noodles, then mix and put onto plates. Each serving sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and truffle cut into slices.
